must notify us at the time of placing your order if you, or your
participants, have any special needs |

Payments |

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking the service. This is the
only way confirmation can be given to you and a consultant held for
the date / work you require |

Bookings |

We
can only accept bookings/work orders either on our booking form or
on email from you. We are unable to commence any work, or hold any
consultant available unless we have your order in writing |

Currency |
|
All
prices quoted are in Australian dollars. All prices quoted include
GST |

Information you supply to us |
|
We
work on, and arrange work based on, information you supply. We
accept no liability for any errors in the information you supply to
us, or consequences those errors might create |

Cancellations |
|
Any
cancellations of an order must be received with 24hours of order, or
will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Any cancellations
received after that time will not be refunded |

Confidentiality
|

All
and any information you supply to us is treated always with the
strictest confidence. No information from our clients, or about our
clients, is passed on to any third party at any time, for any
reason, including any mailing or marketing lists |

Protection of our
intellectual property |

Unauthorised use of our website content is strictly prohibited. You
may not reproduce, distribute, copy or otherwise use the website
content in any way unless you have our permission to do so, and
abide by any conditions we may impose
